The Mad Earl's Bride by Loretta Chase was why I picked this up and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Promises by Lisa Kleypas was okay. Fancy Free by Catherine Anderson, however, was funny but also a bit too silly. The Kiss by Kathleen E. Woodiwiss, oddly the marquee entry, was just... not good at all. Rushed, short, and flimsy, it seems like she just threw it together the night before deadline and wiped her hands of it.
