I couldn't figure out what to read for more than a week, which is an eternity for me, so I turned to an author that I'd read in the past and really loved. And while Damon Suede still has a way with words, I have to say that Pent Up didn't have the same feel, the same passion, the same demand for my time that Hot Head did.
That said, what's in the book is pretty good. A good story with enough turns and twists to keep you reading to find out what's next. Yes, things are a bit confusing at times, but they get explained fully later on - so just keep reading.
In all, I enjoyed the book - just not as much as Suede's other offerings.
