Zen In The Art Of Archery

This was an OK book. I could stop here, but that wouldn't be very helpful. Compared to other books on Zen Buddhism I didn't find this one particularly enlightening. But that's just my experience. You might actually like it. Who am I to say? Should you read it? It's just one hundred pages, set in a large font. You can go through it in one sitting.

A great introduction to zen concepts from a western point of view. Archery is just used as the jumping off point - one of the things I love about this book is how its lessons can be applied to pretty much any physical endeavour.
