A Death of No Importance

This is a very interesting, albeit disturbing, Historical Novel of intrigue, murder, and social status (mores). The tale provides an excellent contrast between American Society (early 1900's - late 1800's) and that which we experience today. As in the old saying, "the more things change, the more they stay the same."

Better than average period mystery. I like how she wraps the story up, looking back decades later, long after many of the characters have died, so that the entire thing has been a memory.
