Such a terrific and entertaining story of our city, and a reminder that the cannabis decriminalization movement would not have happened without the tragic deaths of so many during the AIDS crisis. If you liked “Season of the Witch,” it’s a great continuation of that story and a view of it from a different lens. A must-read for all San Franciscans, and an entertaining memoir for everyone else.
