Mafi Fantasy Novel #2

I felt a bit more engaged with this book compared to the 1st one in the series. At the same time, it was a very much middle book. Things were happening straight after the events in the first book, where Alizeh was sort of abducted Cyrus, but then starts to learn more about who he is, why is he so callous and why does his mother hate him so, whilst pretending otherwise. Meanwhile, Kamran is confused about what happened and believes Alizeh to be a traitor, betrothed to their enemy, king Cyrus. Many feelings get uncovered and deepened, and I look forward to the finale to see what happens with the Jinn, the devil, and the two kings.
