Ted reviewed Eat only when you're hungry by Lindsay Hunter
Review of "Eat only when you're hungry" on 'Goodreads'
5 stars
This book is storyfeeling: to read it is to feel what the main character feels: the sucking draw of addiction and compulsion, the vertigo of a conversation that is dragged down by so much detritus, the lyricism of life even in the dark corners, the foggy way in which we achieve even a grain of perspective on our own lives. Hunter compels the reader through viscera, pain, momentum, withdrawal, all the while infusing every paragraph with deeply pleasurable technique and insight.
