Review of 'Focus' on 'Goodreads'

This is not light reading. Goleman presents a tremendous amount of information, all of it relevant to the understanding of focus but not necessarily to the ability to develop it - which is what I was expecting. Facts, the results of studies, quotes from scientists come at you quickly. I felt like I needed to take notes and get a highlighter. The latter third of the book deals primarily with an analysis of corporate leadership, which may or may not hold interest for most readers.
