Cloyingly moralistic

A series of cloyingly moralistic tales from Jo's school of wayward boys, where love & kindness are all that's needed to create fine upstanding gentlemen.

Review of 'Little Men' on 'Goodreads'

I really enjoyed this book. It was good to see Jo as a mature adult, withwht losing her personality that she'd had in "Little Women."
While I did like most of the boys, I feel that Alcott could've paid a bit more attention to a couple more of the boys. It was obvious who her favorites were in the story. I was also glad to see that one of the girls in the book was sort of a rambunxious tom boy like Jo was.
I'm rather curious to see how the third and last book in the March family saga ends up.
