Marsha Woerner reviewed Before She Was Found by Heather Gudenkauf

I see that Heather Gudenkauf has written several books, and I think that I need to explore more of them. I really enjoyed this book! The fact that there were few pact answers, seemed quite fitting for the situation; life doesn't generally have the pact answers like movies and many books! In the end, few people were actually happy or satisfied, which is unfortunate but realistic. I was happy that the grandfather was not killed, and glad that there's a lot to still think about. Psychology is a "soft" science, but it still should not be ignored. Psychological problems of most of the girls involved were clinically unknown and unexpected, but truly, and none of this happened, many of the problems may not have grown at all. A sort of sad book, but in some ways a sort of happy one. Definitely a worthwhile listen!
