I've read a few introvert-based books, but this one resonates most with me. The book touches on the natural strengths and skills of introverts and covers topics on overcoming phone phobia, developing an authentic leadership style, making meaningful connections at networking events, and overcoming imposter syndrome.

Also, Thea writes the book as clearly as possible, backed by research and data. Even if we're all introverts in the same room, we're entirely different. Some are warm and awkward, while others are stoic and brash.
