Review of 'Die Kunst des Krieges' on 'Goodreads'

I love the stories and characters this author creates. I don't love the sentence fragments but the stories are always well worth it. On Storygraph I'd give this a 4.25 for the first 84%. The rest seems unnecessary although that might be partially due to my hatred of a grand gesture, much less several grand gestures. Personally I feel like the last thing just by itself would've been amazing; the rest was cringe imo.

It was an interesting book. The Art of War is a classic, but even if you're not interested in military strategies (like I'm not), this book can give you some food for thought. The point of view is interesting, as Sun Tzu's teachings are approached from a modern angle. The annotations provide ideas on how you can use the teachings in modern business life or in personal endeavors.

I read this book as an e-book, and it made moving between the text and the annotations quite easy.
