One of the most impactful books I've ever read. Each section is dense with valuable insights. I can confidently say this book marks the start of my road to recovery. It may be a long road, but this book gives me courage and a roadmap to undertake the journey.

Through this book I've become more aware of my own reactions and flashbacks. Awareness and journaling makes for a powerful combination. I plan to read this book many more times.

Pete thank you so much for writing this book. You've changed my life.
