"When faced with personal ineffectiveness or lagging organizational performance, most of us instinctively look for quick-fix behavioral band-aids, not recognizing the underlying mindset at the heart of our most persistent challenges. Through true stories and ... guidance and tools, [this book may enable] individuals and organizations to make the one change that most dramatically improves performance, sparks collaboration, and accelerates innovation--a shift to an outward mindset"--Page 4 of cover.

Another good read from the Arbinger Institute, if you are up to this kind of books.

In general, this books proclaims there is a huge difference, if you approach people with a mindset that is focused on yourself and if you are really interested in them. This is probably the easy part to grasp and relates nicely the previous book about the boxes.

I am still a bit unsure if I can really live with the idea "if I recognise a problem I am part of it".
