Another most enjoyable/ entertaining YA read. This novel was a "bit slower moving" than most in the Ranger series; nonetheless, it is a more than worthwhile read. The characters continue to develop and grow in interesting ways and their courage and caring continues to expand.

Reading my way through the series on the recommendation of my 11yr old son and enjoying them for what they are. Amused that the one thing that bugs me is that potatoes keep appearing on the menu, I guess someone must have visited some equivalent of the americas at some time
