For the most part, this is a history book. More specifically, a book on the history of fascism. It includes the more prominent who we, humanity, consider to be fascists, the why we consider them to be fascists, the how a government, and its' citizens, would allow the rise of a fascist to lead them and the positive and negative aspects of fascist rule over it people.
