Listening to this provoked a number of out-loud "yuppp" and also a number of profanities at "feeling seen". I may grab a written version to do highlights, honestly.

This book seems to be more targeted for american helicopter parents, but good tidbits of information for everyone. I disagree that shame is only bad though, I'm sure it has also good sides. But as for everything, too much shame is toxic.
