I was going to rate this 3 stars. I loved the concepts and themes of his stories, but the characters and dialogue fell flat for me. But then his last story, “The Man Who Ended History,” was really affecting. A great study of history and its effect on the world while at the same time bringing the true story of a long-running and systematic massacre from WWII to a larger and Western audience.
