The Forest of Stolen Girls

Another masterpiece from June Hur! Started reading the ebook version and ended with the hardbound! Like her first book, I really enjoyed this book. It brought out lots of reactions from me like being annoyed at the protagonist for suspecting the shaman, and being sad when the elder's daughter unalived herself. Overall, it was a good experience, and I am excited to read the author's future projects.

Atmospheric (15th century setting on a korean island),an easy read, with a small mountain village mystery to resolve, but I didn't feel really connected to the characters, hence the rating.
