I ended too soon! I think I enjoyed this book more than the first one. I loved the in-depth explanation of how it came to be. How each decision on its own is understandable under the circumstances, but how they all add up together into what they did.
This book seems to think humans work very similarly to how I think humans work, this way the book doesn't challenge me. But it ends so badly to my mind, that I'll keep pondering, what could they have done differently that made sense and lead to better outcomes, and that's one big challenge.
