The paid companion

The Earl of St. Merryn needs a woman to pose as his betrothed for a few weeks. He has some business to take care of and a false fiancee will keep the husband hunters at bay. When he hires Elenora to be his companion he little realises the effect she will have on him and that she will become his partner in his quest to catch a killer.
