Trick or Treatment: The Undeniable Facts about Alternative Medicine

I listened to this book and it was a great experience. The language is easy enough to understand while doing other things, but still everything is explained well enough, with enough dept, to understand why and how science works. I certainly want to get this book as a paperback to lend it to people.
It's a great guide to assess supposed treatments oneself and goes into detail about the most common alternative medicine ideas.
I'd recommend it to anyone interested in alternative medicine, be it from an embracing or a skeptical point of view.
