Well I finished this, so it must be entertaining. Also, I am prepared to suspend some reason for zombies. But sadly, this was just too ridiculous though for anyone with even the most tenuous grasp of science. A virus that kills everyone in the world in a few hours? Also, so contagious that an entire room is bam-dead in a few moments. Cars completely rusted within a week? All food, all spoiled, within 2 days despite the frigid climate? And then the characters are unlovable, static and tedious. Their sentiments are trite and actions ingenuous. Their is no attention to detail so the writing is as lackluster as a zombie's rotting skin. Completely generic.... However, it is a quick moving plot with plenty of action, and might find a strong audience with young or struggling readers.
