Review of 'Changes in the land' on Goodreads

Apparently classic environmental history, wonderful to me as interdisciplinary weaving that doesn't rehash ecosystems or early American history but tells a complex story of managed ecological spaces and how they changed as native Americans were displaced by European ideas of property, agriculture, and value.
