I have read it, but now I can not unread it.
I guess the book had to be written, If nothing else to save someone studying the early years of Roosevelts life from digging up and reading thousands of personal journal logs and letters. You still have to read them, but at least they're in chronological order.


I read this for a book club, I don't think I would have finished had it not ben for the book club. I will say it changed my veiw of TR but not for the better.
