I'm not sure about this book. The title message is clear, but it's filled with some shallow parts that, as is, plays the winners bias. At the same time I really liked the autonomy, mentorship, motivation pillars to creative thinking, similar to the SCARF model.
Maybe the big no is that I don't like the conclusion that everything needs to be urgent, and that the urgency will only increase as time moves on. If everything is urgent, nothing is. I think it's based on exponential growth, and there is no such thing as maintainable exponential growth.
