Parasite

Counting as read even though I didn’t really finish it. I read the first three stories which got progressively longer. Probably still within the short story range, though. There are two novellas at the end I didn’t read.

I like the alien horror concept here, but I was not enjoying the fact that this is a collection of stories. None of the characters are memorable enough or well drawn enough for me to be interested in a similar story playing out 5 times. I wish I had started with the novellas instead - I may have gotten more out of her concept if I’d started there.
