Review of 'The Better Sister' on 'Goodreads'

This was one of those books where I read the synopsis wrong. I thought the sister had died, and now the husband died and the police thought the wife killed them both. So I was pretty confused when the sister shows up.
My self-imposed inaccuracies aside, this was just fine. It's very readable but the plot definitely goes off the rails at some point. I think the author's point was to show that as perfect as Adam seemed, he really wasn't, but she definitely demonized him by the end of the book in a way that wasn't really hinted at before the last 50 pages or so.
