Having seen the movie of the same name twice, I was eager to read the novel on which it is based. And I was not disappointed.
OUT OF SIGHT may well have supplanted RUM PUNCH as my all-time favorite Elmore Leonard novel. It is slick, it teases without being coy, and the characters become increasingly real as the story progresses. Fantastic.
