Review of "Written in My Own Heart's Blood" on 'Goodreads'

I always enjoy these books but I have to admit about 3/4 of the way through I had lost interest in any and all 18th century medicine, especially all of the surgeries and any time it seemed like a surgery was approaching, I just skimmed ahead. I don't love that so much got left unresolved in this book but I'm curious to see how DG will start to wrap up the overall stories.
