Environmentalist Paul Symon is pitted against greedy industrialist Jerry Landis--who is dying from a rare disease and conducting secret biotechnological experiments on animals--while an insane eco-terrorist is avenging Earth and its animals, and they allcross paths in an explosive but hilarious confrontation.
