This author keeps surprising me ..... what a dark, tangled, complex story. The writing is stunning but the characters break your heart. I dropped a star as I wished the ending had a bit more resolution ..... I wanted to know how it all turned out with her mum, and her friends & how the Antarctic had changed her. I'll keep coming back though to how wonderful the writing is & how twisted the plot is!
