Review of 'End of Dieting' on 'Goodreads'

I think I actually preferred this book to Eat to Live. I appreciated the acknowledgement of emotional eating as a concern, even if there remains the assumption that the plan can solve it. It has been updated with the latest studies, and he notes where he has amended some of his recommendations to reflect the newer data. The plan seemed less challenging as presented here than it did in Eat to Live, although that may be more about the changes I've made since reading the other book than about changes in the content. Either way, it's a recommended read.
