Review of 'Eight Dates' on 'Goodreads'

There isn't really anything new in this book, but it takes 8 important discussion topics that couples should communicate about, and structures them into 8 date ideas with instructions and exercise/question list at the end. Basically, couples are supposed to plan 8 dates, each of which is centered around one of the chapters, and share their thoughts and use the guided questions to talk through the topics. The topics are:
- Trust & Commitment
- Addressing conflict
- Sex & Intimacy
- Work & Money
- Family
- Fun & Adventure
- Growth & Spirituality
- Dreams

All important topics for couples to understand and talk about, so if a more structured format would be useful, this book seems helpful. Or, could also just be a quick read and used for a list of some useful questions to bring up.

Not the deepest or most revelatory book out there, but …
