 A good solid procedural about a man who drowned after he apparently toppled into an Icelandic harbor while drunk, but Gunna, the woman officer responding, can't help wondering how and why the man was there, leading into a complicated investigation of the financing of a development scheme and the protest movement against it. The story about economic exploitation unfolds as the Icelandic economy unravels. Good stuff.
