A criminology sci-fi thriller with a fascinating exploration of the implications of cyborgs on our society, courtesy of a pandemic (timely for a book written between two coronavirus outbreaks).
How would being able to take over machines and human bodies change the way those committing and investigating crimes operate? And what happens to big businesses when the government suddenly cuts their major source of income?
