The level of detail they want you to record is ridiculous, and completely unnecessary. After I pass, no-one needs to know who I used to do handyman jobs around the house or what my schedule was for replacing batteries in my TV remote or whatever. The way I did things just doesn't matter at that point, and surely we can assume that someone minimally competent at adulting will be able to take care of tiny details.
