Could have tied up a few more loose ends but...

This was an arresting and enchanting story. The main character acted in many ways more of a narrator for her beloved aunt and mother's stories than her own. A surprising meandering tapestry of a thing. I only wish we hadn't been teased with some additional magical turns in this family's stories only to never learn more.
