Just like any Jessica Fletcher book this was light entertainment. Glad I read it in-between other books to relax a little. Some themes seem to return, which is not unlike the tv show, but in the books, full passages of activities seem to actually happen in multiple books. Recalling having read exactly the same scene before is not ideal. Otherwise, it was straightforward and enjoyable enough.
