I borrowed the audiobook version from the library twice because the first time it got returned before I could finish the story. This last time, it got returned while I was 2 chapters from the end, but decided to mark it as finished anyway since I was pretty close. Mind you, I slept through the majority of this book, but I still felt like I had heard enough to warrant marking it off (also, I refused to borrow this a third time). But imagine my surprise to see this had already been marked read.
Apparently I read this back in 2009. I didn't remember one word of it, but I must have enjoyed it because I rated it 4 stars, which is better than I would have given my sleep-listen version of it. I imagine I liked the 'pirate doesn't know how to act in society' aspect of it, which …

However, truly, every time I woke up and this was playing, the h/H were doing it. Every. time. I like romance - there was a time when I read almost exclusively romances - and I still thought this was excessive.
