Review of 'The Worm and the Bird' on 'Goodreads'

Nice book, well made and the pictures look amazing. The story though is no where near as good as the Fox and the Star, in fact it felt very babyish at times. Also missing are those bright orange colours, a worm just isn't bright enough to stand out. Highlight of the book those was the bird, watching and waiting for the worm, every other page featured the bird, in all weathers looking quite comical at times.
That was my opinion, my daughter loved this book. If you haven't read the fox and the star then give that one a go.
