A 4MA discussion book. It was fun, despite wholly implausible plotting and a scene that was gross enough to delight an eight-year-old. The medical digressions were my favorite part, along with the general hyper irascibility of the narrator, and much of the writing was really excellent The high-concept set-up was what I liked least.
