Some facts, courtesy of the U.S. Federation of Worker Cooperatives:

- Over the last decade, the number of worker-owned has tripled, generating over $480 million in revenue.
- They prioritize keeping employees during economic slumps.
- The highest earners make 1.5x more than the lowest earners (a typical U.S. CEO makes 344x).
- A majority of worker-owners are women, and nearly half are people of color.

If you're ready for a change from business as usual, consider joining a worker coop.

We're thrilled to announce our new project:

Building on the great work of Suite Numerique (https://docs.numerique.gouv.fr/home/), we are offering an opportunity to be part of a new collaborative Docs platform as a service, that provides an ethical alternative to Google Docs, Office 365, Notion etc.

Docs is the result of a joint effort lead by the French ๐Ÿฅ– (DINUM) and German ๐Ÿฅจ (ZenDiS) governments which represents a paradigm shift in the way open source software is funded.
