Another batch of chiles goes into the dryer
Guajillos, Chiles de Arbol, Paprika, and Cayenne.
The cayenne harvest is just about over -- we might get this many one more time. The guajillos are just kicking in. And I don't know many more of the paprikas will finish ripening before frost: we might get a lot more, we might get only a few more. The arbols were a #peppergate accident so I'm happy with however many we get: this is the 3rd batch.
