a drawing in black and white, to parents in the center, a giant dog behind them, their daughter riding it like an elephant, numerous animals all congregating and hanging out, a tent and camping area behind, a brook coming through, a sunny sky, trees and flowers and plants everywhere

i'm at the studio working on using up the remainder of the 2" x 2" canvases i got for my mini crow homie project and i'm just painting whatever now. the calico cat's based on a neighborhood kitty i knew when i lived in california.

two 2"x 2" canvas paintings i'm working on currently: the top one is the word "no" painted on a neon pink background with an aqua green highlight behind the letters. second one below is of a calico cat with brown, beige and black spots on their white fur and a short, nubby tail. they're sleeping with a greenish duck toy next to their face. they have a neon pink star next to them along their back. the background's still white since i haven't gotten to it just yet.

I wanted to show the sepia line art for "In the Company of Trees." I love working with pen and ink! This part gets a bit lost after painting, so it's nice to share it.
