"The Word for World is Forest" was just as brilliant of a scifi novella as I had expected. And the narration from John Skelley really brought it to life!
The dialogue, and the characters, sooo good. I feel like several of Selver's dialogue lines in particular are highly quoteable, but none more than this last one which you might've encountered before, spoken at the very end of the book.
"We can no longer pretend that we do not know how to kill."
