About to finish Jim Bell’s The Intersteller Age — Inside the Forty-Year Voyager Mission.

The book was written 10 years ago, so I decided to check up on where the two spacecraft are today. They both broke through the heliopause and went into interstellar space years ago.

Amazing to think after 48 years we’re still in communication with them as they continue traveling about 10 miles per second.

"NASA is facing backlash after reportedly being ordered to destroy a fully operational satellite that plays a crucial role in monitoring the Earth’s atmosphere. Imagine a perfectly good, high-tech spacecraft gathering invaluable data on carbon dioxide – a key player in climate change – only to be sent hurtling back into our atmosphere to burn up."

@JesusEstrada

I'm joining the stars. Finally, someone says it simply and clearly. I can now understand more and more without limits. Thank you very much, Jesús. It was hard for you to find and organize it, eh?
