Hate how seemingly all anarchists have abandoned the correct and historically popular anti-electroalism stance in order to continually advocate for their favourite war criminal. Looking at anarchist spaces filled with americans you'd think the key anarchist ideas are lesser evilism, harm reduction and justified hierarchy and the key actions are voting "pragmatically" and canvassing for politicians for "harm reduction." Makes me ashamed to be anarchist even if it still fits me because I want to abolish all hierarchies.

Devil’s Night Peasants Visit Slumlord Stewart Beal

"Hark! Let it be known that on this 30th of October – Devil’s Night – we, the peasants of so-called Ypsilanti, have declared that we have HAD ENOUGH of landlords! The peasants have united to declare to Stewart Beal, Ypsi’s own Scrooge McSlumlord, that he is not welcome in our town.

To Stewart Beal, we say: FUCKETH YOU. No amount of wealth can protect you from our wrath.

...

The Ghosts of Christmas Past gave Scrooge a second chance, but the Ghosts of Devil’s Night and Halloween do not. Beal will know no comfort until he abandons his properties and makes reparations for his crimes. The peasants, renters, rough sleepers, toilers, and caretakers all live DESPITE what the city, police, and lords do to us– not BECAUSE of what they do for us. We do not need them. Until they are thrown off …

ICE is Training Civilians to Conduct Violent Raids on Immigrants

"New details about a program from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) are getting attention after the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) published a trove of internal documents about ICE’s ‘Citizens Academy’ programs.

The academy trains civilians to operate multiple firearms, use lethal force, perform surveillance on immigrants, and conduct raids while also acting as a public relations initiative to try and sway public opinion about ICE, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the HSI unit of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Today in Labor History November 1, 1919: Over 400,000 miners across the country went on strike. The strike took place in the wake of World War I, and the ongoing Red Scare, in which the authorities were rounding up, imprisoning and deporting thousands of suspected communists, anarchists and radicals. There was also a major steel strike already under way. The mine owners accused the miners of Bolshevism and claimed they were being funded by Lenin and Trotsky. Ultimately, the strike succeeded in winning wage gains for hundreds of thousands of unionized miners. However, conditions for nonunion miners continued to deteriorate, leading to another strike, the following year, in West Virginia. In this strike, the mine owners used private cops to terrorize and murder striking miners, leading to the Matewan Massacre (1920), and the Battle of Blair Mountain (1921), the largest armed insurrection since the Civil War, and the largest labor …

"The anarcho-nihilist position is essentially that we are fucked."

In lieu of yet another let me share with you something personal: this may seem paradoxical, but when I feel hopeless, Serafinski's, Blessed is the Flame is one of my go to read (another one is Armed Joy)

Blessed is the flame, an introduction to concentration camp resistance and anarcho-nihilism, a Zine that is sadly now more relevant than ever.

"And may the flame that
burns inside us
burn everything around us"

"We are anarchists not by Bakunin or the CNT, but by our grandmothers."

A note, if you haven't read it yet. obviously, since we're talking about concentration camp resistance, you can imagine that this requires a looot of CWs.
