Quand des lois transforment des mots en délits, c’est la liberté d’expression qui vacille.

Le 12 janvier, l’Assemblée nationale examinera la proposition de loi dite Yadan.

Si elle est adoptée, certains slogans pourraient devenir passibles de poursuites pénales. Concrètement : “Free Palestine” pourrait valoir jusqu’à 6 mois de prison. Des juristes alertent sur une atteinte grave à la liberté d’expression.

Interpeller ses élu.es reste un moyen concret d’agir, surtout quand des textes qui restreignent les libertés sont discutés !
