Last August, I read Bride by Ali Hazelwood for book club, and I want to continue with this story. Bride was a bit more spicy than what I usually read. However, I was able to skip a lot of those parts and not be lost.

I think that the mate concept between a Human-Were hybrid and Alpha Were is interesting. I can't wait to see how the previous book’s storyline comes into play in this book.

The Grandest Game by Jennifer Lynn Barnes is the first book of a new series based on the world from The Inheritance Games series. This new series appears to focus on previously mentioned characters, such as Gigi, Savannah, Rohan, and Lyra. However, it also focuses on the previous main character, Grayson Hawthorne.

The romance between Avery and Jameson is one of the reasons I enjoyed The Inheritance Games series. However, I am ready to see more of Grayson Hawthorne and hopefully see him get a happy ending. I also want to see more of the dynamic between Gigi and Savannah and how their father’s mysterious disappearance will affect their twin relationship.
